I’m out from 7:30am-9pm on Wednesdays. Here’s what I’m packing tomorrow;
-breakfast: overnight oats with chia seed, hemp seed, blueberries, almond milk, and maple syrup.
-snack 1: apple and natural peanut butter.
-lunch: daiya vegan choice and onion cream cheese sandwich on Ezekiel whole grain bread, with tomato, lettuce, and cucumber/pepper sticks on the side.
-snack 2: carrot sticks and spicy hummus
-dinner: quinoa topped with sesame ginger tofu, kimchi, artichoke hearts, avocado, and lemon juice.
