A new vegan bakery opened in town, and my boyfriend made their bars. So we went in to try everything! Carrot cake, donuts, butter tarts, cookies, and bagels. Amazing!

I’m out from 7:30am-9pm on Wednesdays. Here’s what I’m packing tomorrow;

-breakfast: overnight oats with chia seed, hemp seed, blueberries, almond milk, and maple syrup. 
-snack 1: apple and natural peanut butter. 
-lunch: daiya vegan choice and onion cream cheese sandwich on Ezekiel whole grain bread, with tomato, lettuce, and cucumber/pepper sticks on the side. 
-snack 2: carrot sticks and spicy hummus
-dinner: quinoa topped with sesame ginger tofu, kimchi, artichoke hearts, avocado, and lemon juice.
